in Turkey things are so so so complicated .. today we saw a Milli Piyango lottery seller in Istinye Park Mall all dressed up in Noel Baba … moving his cingirak…saying “MILLIIIII PIYANGOOO”…. next time i am planning to talk to him and get some laughs !!!! Cigdem
